El ordinal 13 del artículo 406 del Código de Procedimiento Penal quedará así:

13.

homicidio en los casos de los artículos 362, 363, 365 y 366 del Código Penal y en el del artículo 370 del mismo cuando se ocasione por culpa en el ejercicio de alguna profesión arte u oficio, siempre que el autor del homicidio carezca de la licencia titulo, diploma, autorización o pase que las leyes o reglamentos exijan para ejercer en esos casos.
