Derecho a la expedición de pasaporte oficial. Tendrán derecho a la expedición de pasaporte oficial, los colombianos que tengan las siguientes calidades:

Ex Ministros de Estado titulares.

Ex Directores de Departamento Administrativo titulares.

Ex Generales de la República.

Ex Presidentes del Congreso de la República titulares.
