Cuando se presente una sola propuesta para contratar la explotación de las sustancias a que se refiere el artículo 110 del Código Fiscal, el Ministerio de Industrias dictará una resolución en la cual declarará si acepta o nó la propuesta de que se trata. Dicha resolución se notificará al interesado.
