Art 289. Si el Gobierno de Venezuela llegare a prescribir que las mercancías estranjeras que se declaren en la Aduana de Maracaibo como de tránsito para Colombia, se introduzcan por la de San Antonio del Táchira, a las importaciones que se hagan por esta Aduana se aplicarán las disposiciones de este capítulo sobre presentacion de guias i manifiestos i sobre depósito i reesportacion, como si la importacion se hiciese directamente de Maracaibo.
