° Aclárase el artículo 3°del Decretó 1413 de julio 8 de 1976 en el sentido de que la subposición que allí se sustituye es únicamente la 87.02.01.00 del Arancel de Aduanas. En consecuencia las restantes subposiciones de tal partida mantienen los gravámenes establecidos para las mismas con anterioridad a la expedición del mencionado Decreto 1413.
