Art 2.° Habiendo los actuales concesionarios del Ferrocarril del rio Magdalena a la ciudad de Bucaramanga presentado en oportunidad los planos y perfiles del trazado de esta obra, a satisfacción del Gobierno, este podrá concederse una prorroga prudencial para aceptar en firme el contrato, con las modificaciones que a juicio del mismo Gobierno fueren convenientes.
