° El empleo de miembro de la Junta de Canalización es oneroso, y será Secretario de ella el empleado encargado del Ramo Fluvial en el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el cual tendrá á su cuidado el archivo y despacho de la correspondencia y también el libro de actas de las sesiones de ella.
