ARTICULO 262 . Examén médico o clínico . Para los efectos de la comprobación del hecho punible, sus circunstancias y el grado de responsabilidad del imputado, el funcionario judicial podrá ordenar que a éste le sean realizados los exámenes médicos o clínicos necesarios, los que en ningún caso podrán violar los derechos humanos fundamentales.
