Adiciónase el artículo 2.2.2.6.1. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Además de las inversiones de que trata el artículo 2.2.1.2.5. del presente Estatuto, los almacenes generales de depósito podrán poseer acciones en sociedades de transporte, portuarias, comercializadoras, de agenciamiento de carga o de agenciamiento marítimo, siempre que tengan por objeto exclusivo una cualquiera o varias de las actividades antes señaladas. "Estas inversiones no podrán exceder del veinte por ciento (20%) del patrimonio técnico del almacén y para su realización se deberá obtener la previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria".
