Según la categoría del Municipio de que se trate y el carácter urbano o rural de la correspondiente Inspección, la ordenanza o el acuerdo respectivos, según el caso, deberá exigir calidades y requisitos especiales para desempeñar el cargo de Inspector de Policía.
