En desarrollo del artículo anterior, el Gobierno Nacional autorizará a la Compañía del Ferrocarril para que entregue al Municipio de Honda con destino a la construcción de la mencionada carretera, el valor de la subvención, correspondiente al ramal que se elimina, que los causantes de la Empresa recibieron y ésta se comprometió a devolver, según consta en el acta de la conferencia habida el 26 de mayo de 1914 entre los señores Tomás Miller y Pedro Sarabia como representante de The Dorada Extension Railway Limited, y la Comisión del Consejo Municipal de Honda, la cual fue protocolizada ante el Notario primero de aquel Circuito, el día 18 de febrero de 1915, bajo el numero veintisiete.
