° El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, al recibo de la documentación a que se refiere el artículo anterior, pondrá un aviso, por cuenta del solicitante, haciendo un llamamiento a las personas que se encuentren en capacidad de prestar tales servicios, en un periódico de circulación nacional, les hará conocer de los Consejos Seccionales y los fijará en lugar visible de la Secretaría.
