ART 151. Cualquiera otra persona no encargada por razón de su oficio de dichos planos ó diseños, ó de los secretos expresados, que por soborno, seducción, fraude ó violencia lograre sustraer ó descubrir alguno de ellos, é incurriere en el delito expresado en el artículo 139, sufrirá la pena de seis á diez años de presidio.
