Proyectos especiales. La Dirección de Asuntos Culturales del Viceministerio de Asuntos Multilaterales del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores tendrá la facultad de diseñar proyectos especiales para la estrategia de Diplomacia Cultural de Colombia. De acuerdo con los escenarios estratégicos identificados, las misiones concurrentes serán notificadas con toda la información, para el diseño y el proceso de ejecución en el exterior de los proyectos especiales.
