Sanción por oposición injustificada a la realización del inventario . En el caso de que el propietario de un predio afectado por las obras impida o perturbe, sin causal justificativa, la realización del inventario, se hará acreedor a las sanciones que establece la ley. En tal evento podrá omitirse del inventario la firma de aquel. (Decreto 2024 de 1982, artículo 22)
