De la clasificación de la carga . Los tipos de carga se clasifican en

a)

Carga General (Incluye contenedores);

b)

Cargas de Graneles Sólidos;

c)

Cargas de Graneles Líquidos;

d)

Cargas de hidrocarburos líquidos al granel (incluye Gas Licuado de Petróleo);

e)

Carga de graneles líquidos especiales (productos químicos, aceites y similares);

f)

Cargas refrigeradas y/o congeladas;

g)

Otras Cargas. (Decreto 3112 de 1997, artículo 19).
