º. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, no estará obligada a suscribir acciones del Banco de la República para tener la calidad de institución afiliada a dicho establecimiento, y las acciones que la mencionada Caja posea en la actualidad, serán convertidas en acciones de la Clase "D".
