Todos los años se hará en cada Casa de Menores y Escuela de Trabajo una exposición industrial y agrícola de las obras ejecutadas por los menores, las que serán calificadas por un Jurado de peritos en la materia, nombrado por el Consejo Disciplinario del establecimiento.

Parágrafo

A todo menor que presente un producto industrial o agrícola que, a juicio del Jurado calificador, merezca un premio, se le adjudicara, por este concepto, una suma de dinero cuya cuantía determinara el Consejo Disciplinario.
