amends decreto 624/89

Modifícase el artículo 338 del Estatuto Tributario, el cual queda así:

"Artículo 338. Ajuste de los demás activos no monetarios . En general, deben ajustarse de acuerdo con elPAAG, todos los demás activos no monetarios que no tengan un procedimiento de ajuste especial, entendidos por tales aquellos bienes o derechos que adquieren un mayor valor nominal por efecto del demérito del valor adquisitivo de la moneda".
