La Afiliación Es Una De Las Formas Contractuales De Vinculación Permanente, Por La Cual El Propietario De Un Vehículo De Servicio Público Automotor De Carga Se Compromete A Transportar Para La Empresa En Forma Permanente, Y Ésta Se Obliga Para Con Aquel A Suministrarle Carga Mediante El Pago Del Flete Correspondiente

La afiliación es una de las formas contractuales de vinculación permanente, por la cual el propietario de un vehículo de servicio público automotor de carga se compromete a transportar para la empresa en forma permanente, y ésta se obliga para con aquel a suministrarle carga mediante el pago del flete correspondiente. Este contrato deberá constar por escrito.

Parágrafo

En la afiliación la custodia, administración y operación del vehículo estarán en cabeza del respectivo propietario o poseedor, a menos que se pacten condiciones diferentes entre las partes.
