º . Comité de seguridad y prevención de accidentes. El Comité de Seguridad y Prevención de Accidentes estará integrado por el Gerente, quien lo presidirá, el Jefe de la División de Operaciones, el Jefe de la División Técnica, el jefe de la Oficina de Seguridad quien actuará como Secretario del Comité, un piloto experimentado en cada uno de los equipos de vuelo, según sean convocados por el Gerente o Secretario del Comité, y cumplirá las siguientes funciones

Recomendar políticas sobre seguridad aérea, industrial y física.

Analizar y prevenir riesgos de operación en los diferentes equipos.
