Ampliase para el año de 1985 la autorización concedida al Gobierno Nacional por el Decreto legislativo 382 de 1983 y la Ley 34 de 1984 para emitir y colocar Títulos de Ahorro Nacional, TAN, hasta por $ 50.000 millones adicionales. La autorización contenida en este artículo comprende la facultad de emitir nuevos títulos para reemplazar los que sean amortizados por redención o recompra, a fin de mantenerlos en circulación hasta por el monto total autorizado en esos instrumentos y en la presente ley.
