Para obtener la prórroga, o el traspaso de una patente, el interesado se dirigirá al Ministro del ramo por medio de solicitud análoga a la hecha para la concesión primitiva, expresando en ella, además, el número y fecha de la patente original, y en las de traspaso, el nombre y domicilio del cesionario.
