ARTICULO 56 . RETIRO POR DERECHO A PENSION DE VEJEZ. Los empleados del nivel administrativo del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, serán retirados del servicio al adquirir el derecho a disfrutar su pensión de vejez y esta haya sido reconocida, aspecto éste que se regulará por las normas legales vigentes. La persona retirada con derecho a pensión de jubilación, no podrá ser reintegrada al servicio salvo las excepciones establecidas por ley; sin embargo la administración podrá contratarlos cuando por sus conocimientos y experiencia sean necesarios sus servicios en el Instituto.
