Las sentencias que se dicten de conformidad con las disposiciones de la presente Ley, prestan merito ejecutivo para exigir el pago del precio y la indemnización, salvo que el interesado en la expropiación renuncie al derecho a que se consume la expropiación, o que tal interesado sea la Nación, el Departamento o el Municipio.
