Artículo décimoquinto. La guía de tránsito y movilización tendrá un término de validez igual al tiempo aproximado del transporte. Si por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito el transporte o movilización demore más del tiempo señalado en la guía, el transportador deberá acudir a la oficina más cercana del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario para la ampliación del término por un lapso igual al del retardo sufrido y una vez acredite el interesado la causal invocada. La oficina del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario que prorrogue dicho término, informará por telégrafo a las entidades y funcionarios señalados en los artículos 40 y 70 del presente Decreto, según el caso.
