Ley 98 de 1958 · Por la cual se decreta un auxilio a la Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana, Comité Departamental de Cartagena

El Gobierno Nacional entregará la suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior a la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social (CORPAL), entidad que se encargará de cancelar la deuda que a su favor tiene la Liga Antituberculosa de Colombia, Comité Departamental de Cartagena.

Parágrafo

Cancelada la deuda a cargo de la Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana, Comité Departamental de Cartagena, a favor de la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social (CORPAL), la corporación enviará a la Liga, en Cartagena, equipos y medicinas hasta completar la totalidad del auxilio decretado en la presente Ley.
