La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, podrá hacer préstamos hasta con dos años de plazo; pero los préstamos de las Secciones de Crédito industrial y minero podrán ser hasta con cuatro años de plazo cuando las circunstancias lo justifiquen.
