Reempaque de leche en polvo . Los establecimientos en donde se reempaque leche en polvo, deberán obtener licencia Sanitaria de Funcionamiento otorgada por la autoridad sanitaria competente, conforme con lo establecido para fábricas de alimentos por el Decreto 2333 de 1982 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen adicionen o complementen.
