El titular de una licencia obligatoria deberá pagar al titular de la patente una compensación adecuada Artículo 35. La oficina nacional competente podrá conceder licencia .en cualquier momento si ésta es solicitada por el titular de una patente cuya explotación requiere necesariamente el empleo de la otra, lo que deberá ser debidamente comprobado ante la respectiva, oficina.
