En cada Municipio habrá una Comisión de tres miembros que auxilien al Alcalde en la formación de los documentos ordenados. Los miembros de estas Juntas serán nombrados por los Prefectos y tendrán sesión semanal, a que pueden concurrir con voz todos los empleados y funcionarios públicos de la localidad.
