Decreto 2480 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto extraordinario 2277 de 1979

Formación del expediente. Toda actuación dentro del proceso disciplinario debe constar por duplicado y sobre las copias se surtirán los recursos. Los documentos originales que obren en el expediente se llevarán al duplicado en copias o fotocopias autenticadas por el respectivo Secretario Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

El expediente disciplinario no está sujeto a reserva alguna y podrá ser consultado en la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón. Las copias que se soliciten serán a costa del peticionario. El inculpado tendrá derecho a solicitar y obtener copias de todos los folios de su expediente.
