Como efecto de la liquidación aquí ordenada, Cajanal S.A., EPS en Liquidación, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto social, por lo tanto, conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para realizar los actos, operaciones y contratos necesarios en orden a efectuar su pronta liquidación.
