La organización y dirección de la fiesta de la agricultura y de la citada Exposición, estará a cargo de una Junta de cinco miembros designados así: tres por el Consejo de Palmira; uno por el Presidente de la República, y uno por la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca. Dicha Junta tendrá personería jurídica, y sus miembros servirán ad honórem y serán de libre nombramiento y remoción.
