Los resultados de los servicios de laboratorio clínico y de determinación de calidad de bebidas, alimentos, cosméticos, plaguicidas, aguas, suelos y aire, en cuanto a contaminación, polución o toxicidad, se consideran información epidemiológica y estarán sometidos a las normas del presente estatuto y sus reglamentaciones.
