Los inmuebles con vocación para la construcción de proyectos de vivienda de interés social, de conformidad con el reglamento que expida el Gobierno Nacional, que hayan ingresado al Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión Social y la Lucha contra el Crimen Organizado, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 26 de la Ley 333 de 1996 , se transferirán al Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, según lo previsto en el artículo 1 de esta ley.
