Modifíquese el artículo 3° del Decreto 1949 de 2001, el cual quedará así: "La Ministra de Cultura, tiene derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un día y medio (1.5) por concepto de alimentación, alojamiento y transporte local a razón de US$380 diarios y cuatro (4) días por concepto de viáticos complementarios (alimentación y transporte local) a razón de US$228 diarios, para un total de US$1.482, sufragados con cargo al Presupuesto del Ministerio de Cultura, rubro presupuestal 2-02-10 según CDP 501 del 28 de agosto de 2001, expedido por el Grupo de Finanzas de la Secretaría General. Los tiquetes aéreos serán asumidos con cargo al Convenio 655/99, suscrito entre el Ministerio de Cultura y la Secab.
