El sostenimiento de esta escuela, que estará bajo la inmediata inspección de la Dirección de Educación Pública del Departamento de Antioquia, será por cuenta del Tesoro Nacional. El Gobierno queda facultado para construir o adquirir el edificio necesario, para lo cual se destina la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000,00).
