Los Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes de la Policía Nacional que sean retirados sin solicitud propia por causas distintas de mala conducta debidamente comprobada, percibirán el sueldo y primas correspondientes hasta que se les paguen las prestaciones a que tienen derecho; según las leyes vigentes.
