Las personas que se asocien de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, tendrán derecho a afiliarse al Instituto de Seguros Sociales con arreglo a lo dispuesto por el Gobierno Nacional, en la condición de trabajadores por cuenta propia.
