Art. 7 ° También se apropiará la partida necesaria» para que el Gobierno contrate y haga venir á su costa del extranjero un profesor competente de química y otro de botánica y zoología para cada uno de los Establecimientos citados en el artículo 1° y, además, uno de minería para el de Antioquia y uno de náutica para el de Bolívar.

El profesor de química deberá además de enseñar en la Universidad respectiva, hacer todos los análisis y ensayos que la autoridad necesite, por motivo criminal, de salubridad ó industrial.
