Articulo 103 . Antes de impartir su aprobación al proyecto de distribución del gravamen el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación examinara si se han cumplido todos los trámites establecidos en este Decreto para llegar a ese acto. Con ese fin se presentara un análisis jurídico de toda la actuación. Si el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación no encuentra irregularidad alguna aprobara la distribución y dictara la revolución o resoluciones mediante las cuales debe imponerse a cada propietario la contribución que le corresponda.
