º. De la Subcomisión técnica. Créase una subcomisión técnica conformada por dos representantes de cada una de las entidades miembros de la Comisión Interinstitucional, elegidos por el Presidente de la República, de listas que presenten cada una de ellas. Tales representantes no serán funcionarios de las entidades integrantes de la Comisión.
