º. Integración del Consejo Directivo del Instituto Nacional de Vías, Invías. El Consejo Directivo estará integrado así: 5.1 El Ministro de Transporte o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. 5.2 El Ministro de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial o su delegado. 5.3 El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado. 5.4 El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado. 5.5 Un representante del Presidente de la República. El Director General del Instituto Nacional de Vías asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo Directivo con voz; igualmente participarán el Director de infraestructura y el Jefe de Oficina Asesora de Planeación del Ministerio de Transporte, cuando así lo considere el Consejo Directivo. El Secretario General Administrativo del Instituto Nacional de Vías actuará como secretario del Consejo Directivo.
