La resolución que decida la oposición presentada, será proferida por el Jefe de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes al vencimiento del término de la etapa probatoria.
