Las asignaciones del personal de la Oficina Central de Bogotá lo mismo que las correspondientes al personal de las Oficinas Centrales de los Departamentos e Intendencia del Chocó, son de cargo de la Nación; pero las del personal de las subdivisiones y los viáticos de traslado de los Médicos, serán de cargo de los Departamentos.
