Los conductores y choferes tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de horas extras, en los mismos términos del artículo 4° del Decreto 244 de 1981 y del Decreto 1692 de 1996. En todo caso, la autorización para laborar en horas extras solo podrá otorgarse cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal.
