Requisitos de experiencia. Para participar en el proceso de selección de concesionario del juego de lotería tradicional, las empresas acreditarán experiencia de cuando menos tres (3) años en la operación del juego en Colombia o en otro país, en las modalidades de lotería tradicional, instantánea o tipo loto.
