El Gobierno Nacional podrá declarar la caducidad del contrato de administración cuando se presenten las circunstancias previstas en el propio contrato y en este caso podrá contratar la administración del Fondo, según el caso, con otra entidad gremial de mayor representatividad o con una sociedad fiduciaria.
