° El artículo 9° del Decreto 523 de 1976, quedará así: "El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura llevará el registro de los certificados de matrícula expedidos, así como de las sanciones, cancelaciones, etc., si fuere el caso. El Comité Nacional de Técnicos Constructores llevará análogo registro de las tarjetas profesionales que expidan".
